Olympic Lift Complex + Metcon

Exercise 1: Alternating High Snatch Pulls / High Clean Pulls

6 sets of 6 reps nice and easy 60kg

Exercise 2: Power Snatch

5 sets of 3 reps progressively increasing weight each set.

Metcon 5 rounds

A1: 63Kg Power Snatch x 5

A2:Broken up with intervals on Assault Bike or Rowing Machine 15 Kcal x 5
