So you're our newest Supreme Labs Athlete, can you tell us why you decided to apply to be a brand ambassador? 

I have always wanted to be part of a dedicated team, and I think this is the right time. I have had a look at your Instagram profile and I love the vibe it transmits. The look of the brand looks very cool and sophisticated. Very refreshing! I have also tasted the vegan protein powder and it's absolutely delicious, and of course I want to promote a product that I believe in, and I definitely believe in yours. 

 

How do Supreme Labs products fit into your training schedule? 

As a fitness competitor I take protein powder every single day, twice a day. Once mixed in a smoothie and the other one after training. I'm sure Supreme Labs will be a great support throughout my prep. 

 

As a (not sure what your sport is?) Athlete what are your goals for the future? 

My aim is to get to the Olympia stage and win the title. 

 

What motivates you to train hard and diet?  and where does that motivation come from?

I know this seems crazy, but my answer to that is "humanity, our planet, and last but not least the animals, and by that I mean all species". First I am very passionate about competing. I love the challenge, I've always had. But since I've become vegan competing has become so much more than plainly getting on a stage to win just for the sake of winning and fulfilling an empty dream. Yes, I do it for all species, our planet and humanity, because I know the more I accomplish the more people will listen to what I have to tell them, and then I will educate them and be an example. 

 

What would be your best advice to someone just starting on their health and fitness journey?

In all honesty, start with your diet. Let food be your medicine, and by this I mean plant-based foods. It is proven to be the healthiest choice. Not pushing my dieting agenda on anyone here, I don't get any benefit from doing so at all. But, if someone who wants my very best advice, this is it!The second, be consistent and disciplined. Consistency and discipline is key. 

 

Finally we're all dying to know what your favourite exercise is and why?  

My favourite exercise is shoulder press.
