So you're our newest Supreme Labs Athlete, can you tell us why you decided to apply to be a brand ambassador?

I wanted to inspire and show that you can achieve your goals with the right products behind you. 

How do Supreme Labs products fit into your training schedule?

Supreme Labs fits into my fitness schedule by providing me with pre workout to give me the energy I need and soon to get my hands on the whey protein to help with rebuilding my muscles after my workouts.

As a fitness Athlete what are your goals for the future?

As a fitness athlete, my goals are to increase my endurance and strength and push myself to the limit and succeed in every challenge. My goal is to ensure my training continues to support my physique goals. I mean who doesn't want abs of steel. 

What motivates you to train hard and diet? and where does that motivation come from?

What motivates me is challenging myself and knowing I can push myself further than I thought I could. I have always struggled to moderate myself when it comes to diet; so for me to cut out sugar etc from my diet takes every bit of strength and will power I have. When training I picture my dream body and when I say "you can stop" I push myself that bit further because I tell myself that it will be worth it. 

What would be your best advice to someone just starting on their health and fitness journey?

My best advice to someone is that.. day one will seem like you have the longest journey ahead of you. I was classed as overweight when I first started training and I just had to tell myself that the  long road will be challenging but it will be so worth it and you will do things you never thought you would be able to. The feeling you get when you start to see the change in yourself and know that you did that through strength is inspiring to those around you and an incredible feeling.

Finally we're all dying to know what your favourite exercise is and why?

My favourite exercise is actually squats and working on my legs and glutes. Many people hate training legs but it is my most strongest part and everyone always compliments my exterior which is down to hard work and good training.
