Hobbies/interests: food, gym, natural bodybuilding and weight lifting
Biography: So my name is Saraya and I have always had a passion for fitness. I used to play a variety of sports, then I fell in love with the gym and bodybuilding industry. I wasn’t happy with my physique before, my weight was very low and through eating the right foods and exercise I’ve managed to get to the level of competing in fitness modelling competitions.
I also am in the middle of my studies to become a personal trainer.
So you’re our newest supreme labs athlete, can you tell us why you decided to be a brand ambassador?
Beining a Supreme Labs ambassador is great way to promote each other on social media but also helps with personal support and of course the highest quality supplements.
How do supreme labs products fit into your training schedule?
Pre workout Conquer is “ insane ‘’ and its a superb fit into my routine, 30 min before workout ONE SCOOP! Yeas thats right! One scoop is enough trust me! Girls- half scoop to start with.
What are your goals for the future?
My goals for my future are quite simple, one day become i’d like to become a CHAMPION - so far i’ve been competing since 2011 and I’ve placed 2nd 4 times, 6 times 3rd and 7 times 4th; so far i’ve done over 22 competition in the past 7 years.
What motivates you to train hard and diet? And where does that motivation come from?
Lots of my motivation comes from the desire of one day becoming a champion in my chosen sport! However my girlfriend Oliwia gives me wings when times become hard and I lose my focus.
What would be your best advice to someone just starting on their health and fitness journey?
If someone starts a healthy lifestyle, the best advise for them is to go and get quality advice, whether that’s from Personal trainers , diet advisors or even competitive athletes.
Don’t try and do everything yourself; with someones help and guidance the process becomes much easier.
Finally, we’re all dying to know what your favourite exercise is and why?
My favourite training day is LEG day! Why ? Because i’m a Natural Freak and the leg pumps I get are insane.
