Occupation: occupational therapist

Biography: So my name is Saraya and I have always had a passion for fitness. I used to play a variety of sports, then I fell in love with the gym and bodybuilding industry. I wasn’t happy with my physique before, my weight was very low and through eating the right foods and exercise I’ve managed to get to the level of competing in fitness modelling competitions.

I also am in the middle of my studies to become a personal trainer.

So you’re our newest supreme labs athlete, can you tell us why you decided to  be a brand ambassador?

I am a huge user of supplements and protein shakes, so am always seeking for new products to try and use, after coming across your products recently it is defiantly a product and company I’d be thrilled to promote for and get behind.

How do supreme labs products fit into your training schedule?

I train 5-6 times a week,

Always weight based training so I normally take a pre workout when I train back or legs,

I drink protein shakes and amino acids throughout the day, post training, so am constantly using these products, especially when bulking. The products will fit in perfectly to my daily routine.

What are your goals for the future?

Once I am a fully qualified PT I hope to really excel In the teaching side of this industry,

Get my own clients and one day do this full time.

I also will be looking to keep competing, keep sculpting my physique and work my way to the top in the industry.

Being an occupational therapist by background and specialising in learning and physical disability, I’d one day love to open a gym that takes this client group into consideration more, have the facilities they need to also achieve their fitness goals, as it lacks in the community at the moment.

What motivates you to train hard and diet? And where does that motivation come from?

I’m lucky to be surrounded by likeminded people, I train with top athletes and this constantly makes me want to train hard and do better because I hope to be at their level one day. My coach constantly pushes me as well so I have a constant stream of support and motivation.

What would be your best advice to someone just starting on their health and fitness journey?

We were all beginners, so no matter what your starting point is if you stay consistent with it, you will see results. And in 6 weeks time, 6 months time, 1 years time you’ll look back and know it was all worth it.

Just stay at it.

Finally, we’re all dying to know what your favourite exercise is and why?

Deadlifts,

Always has been always will be.

I love getting PBs, I love seeing my strength improve and I do enjoy power lifting when I’m off season.

My favourite body part to train is back.
